MOTIO

With the talented Amaya, a very promising 19 year old dancer, we created a study about the movement called Motio, through photography. We decided to play with different lenses, exposures and lights to optimise our chances of having the perfect pictures. The first photos were taken with digital cameras, we wanted to be clean and precise to have that fashion look. Then, a carousel was made with only the backstage photographies that were taken with our film cameras to have that grainy look and to feel closer to the model and the movement.
